Rigsbys are an award winning food and drink company and also a “forage and make events” business.

Our aim is to disrupt the status quo with our blend of foraged, homegrown and surplus food and drink product and in addition train out our knowledge on foraging and making natural and delicious food and drink products to reduce our dependency of UPFs (Ultra Processed Foods)

Locally Sourced Ingredients

We are a unique company in that all our products are made from either foraged or homegrown ingredients.

And we also take supermarket surplus to prevent it going into landfill and convert this into product that will last for many months.

Craftsmanship

Our products are carefully handcrafted using traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality and taste

We don't use UPF's (Ultra Processed Foods) in any of our food and drink products and prefer to use natures best ingredients instead

Sustainability

We are plastic from using only glass bottles and jars for our products and our bags are made from compostable paper and so are our boxes.

In addition we incentivise our customers by having a returns policy for all our bottles and jars which are reused to reduce our CO2 Impacts

In Sept 24 we were given our "Plastic Free Champion" award for our use of plastic free consumable items in our business

Dr James Marsh

Co-founder and Owner

A former industry wide trouble shooter in Construction and Aerospace sector's, James changed careers following serious illness in 2022-2023 to focus on his new love of foraging and making unique and exciting Eco food and drink products 

Rigsby Marsh

Co-founder and Chief Barking Officer (CBO)

Rigsby has many skills that he brings to this partnership, he is an excellent motivator and leader and provides daily inspiration and would like to become an expert truffle forager but is currently only proficient in locating sausages
